How long to get a parcel????

<p>I have a parcel sitting at Durban mail since the 3rd of May 2016.</p> <p>I have gone to Amanzimtoti branch to inquire, they give me a nuber to call and say they cannot do anything further.</p> <p>I have called the number numerous times, and if I say numerous, it means a hell of a lot. All I get is a ringing phone and no answer, when I phined Amanzimzitoti back, they say maybe they gone home. But I have been trying since 11AM this morning.</p> <p>What do I have to do to get service, and what do I have to do to get my Parcel??????</p> <p>Service has not improved at all at the SA Post office and will not be surprised for a total closure.</p> <p>I do believe that the staff at the Amanzimtoti bracnh are not very helpfull. And it is not as if they are very busy, I was there, no other customers and 2 tellers open. Having good discussions with each other. Wil I get a response????</p>
