How long does it take to get delivery

I have a parcel from the UK that took 7 days to get to South Africa, and have been sent from Joburg to Durban and now to Cape Town. 9 Weeks later and I still don't have my parcel. I phoned a few times, and the phone just die on me. 4 Weeks ago I got hold of someone that said it's being processed for delivery and I should just wait, but now I can't even get through. I'm even willing to pick up the parcel, just let me know what to do. Please SAPO...please help me.
