How doff is this

I have a postbox in Middelburg paid on 17 April have not received any mail although I know mail should be there because mail box are still locked. When enquire Precious told me I am 14th on list for my post box to be opened and she only delegates it's not her job to make sure my box are open even though its paid for more than a month ago. Then spoke to Sampie who undertook to look into matter and sort it out and get my box open nothing happened to date was at post office yesterday afternoon still locked pathetic service delivery
