How does the internet work anyways

<p>So I ordered a mobile phone that was supposed to delivered from China on 23/6/17 and naturally I give the "Post Office"a couple days because this is South Africa, efficiency isn't in the vocabulary. Using the tracking number provided with my parcel I see that it arrived at JIMC 2 days after its scheduled arrival (Not bad for Chinese shipping) but that is just fantasy. As of today (30/7/17) I've sent over 5 emails and called every day with not one person answering the phones. I did however get a reply email from a higher up telling a employee to respond to me, all the employee did was quote the text to me. So in fact no one rep****. Moral of the story, do not go through regular registered mail. Get it couriered or something by a resputible company who will be on their ass. Doubt I will ever get my item. </p>
