How can Post Office handle SASSA it they cannot even handle AARTO??

<p>Been standing in the queue in the Post Office and cashier (SE Dilebo) takes average 15-20 min to proses one AARTO transaction. The Post Office in Centurion Mall, Pretoria does have two cashiers for the AARTO but one of them is only doing transactions for people who are too important to stand in the queue like us normal people. Bulk transactions by the look of it and she is simply ignoring the rest of the world. POOR, **** service, every time the Post Office promise better delivery and every time they fail miserably.</p>
