How can I find my parcel??

I would like to get clarity on a parcel that was sent from Canada to South Africa. According to the tracking number from Canada post, the parcel was delivered to Cape Town B Surf Economy on the 6th of April 2015. I have contacted the Cape Town Post Office branch but they could not tell me where the parcel is, to which I find strange, as it someone's job at the Post Office to know where it is. Could someone please tell me where the parcel is and will it be delivered and by what date, or should I collect it somewhere?
