How BAD is the SA Post Office, they should just close their doors for good!!!!

So, I got a notification from the post office in February to say that I have a package that arrived and that if I don`t collect in the next few weeks I`l pay a penalty on it. I take a look at the note and it`s been at the post office for a week already, so they took a week to send me a notification! So, i go to the post office, only to find out that the post office doors are closed because they didn`t pay their rent!! I call the Post office that they are redirecting the mail to, only to find out that they left my package in the old offices and i have to keep calling everyday to find out when they will have it, that was more than a month ago, the post office opens and then the building has a fire, and everything is redirected to the other post office again... here i am again having to call the other post office daily to find out if they transported the package almost 2 weeks ago and they still haven`t. The Postal service is USELESS!!!! why do we waste our tax on such ****?!?!?
