HOW ARE YOU STILL OPEN WITH SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE?

<p>I ordered shoes from an online store on the 29th of May, til this day I've BEEN WAITING. I was told it's in customs, I called Customs and I was told it's at the Post Office, I have been calling the Post Office customer service line for the last 3 WEEKS AND GET NO ANSWER!!!!!!!!! I even went to a Post Office branch in Lonehill and again I was told it's STILL IN CUSTOMS after Customs told me it's at the Post Office!! </p> <p>WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?! How does a 14 day delivery stay in transit for OVER 45 DAYS!!!!</p>
