Hout Bay Post Office - negligence on behalf of staff.

One expects a registered letter sent via the SA Post Office to be secure. Not anymore as the staff don't take their job seriously. I sent my daughter to collect a registered item from Hout Bay Post Office. I was alarmed to find on her return that the registered letter was for someone else and that the staff at Hout Bay Post office are so negligent as to give one the wrong registered item. I contacted the person to whom the item was addressed and she came to collect it. She was very grateful. However, I have no idea to whom my registered item was handed. The staff involved should be fired.
