Horrible Service - South African Post Office

If ever I have experienced thee worst service in my life it is from The South African Postal Service.

On 13th June 2018 I was sent a parcel from the United Kingdom and to this day, 23 October 2018 I have still not received it. Within this 4 and a half months i have called, mailed, send sms' and tweeted with not a single proper help of getting my parcel delivered. You are just straight out ignored. Every single contact number at the Johannesburg International Mail Centre states that they are busy without anyone picking up and then eventually cutting your call. My local tracking number was scanned in at JIMC in August, but then nothing else from there. I even mailed to offer sending a courier service to collect my parcel from JIMC, but no help.

My suggestion to people is to never ever use the South African Postal Service for sending anything. If one is not able to receive anything, what is the use of having this service.
