Horrible service of south african post office

I have a parcel PE ********** 16ZA sent from Kensington on 03-09-2018. The parcel were suppose to reach me within 3 to 6 days and as till today it still only shows that the parcel is in transit to White River, which makes it 5 days in transit. How on earh can a post office service be so useless as to do what people pay them to do? Will from now on rather use other companies than the useless money *****ing post office of south africa.
