Horrible Service at Post Office Mall of Reds Centurion

I have just experienced the worst service at the Post Office at the Mall at Reds from two of the ladies there when I was collecting my Sassa Grant money. I suppose they were rude to me because the money is free. There are three woman. The one on the right with a white top I did not interact with but she was pleasant and did not interfere.

I did not get a chance to get their names. They were and are still sitting in the middle and left. The one on the left has short hair and was wearing a blue top and the one in the middle was also, if I am not mistaken wearing a blue top. I was served by the one in the middle who was the most rude.

They made us stand for long while they did God knows what and when the one sitting in the middle came out she was dismissive and extremely rude in her manner and tone. The man were professional.

I proceeded to go to her counter. I greeted her, she ignored me and said rudely that I must just sign the paper. I asked her if she did not hear me and she said she answered, which she did not. She served me with anger and when I asked why she was angry the one on the left asked what did this one say(referring to me) and they had a full on conversation about me while I stood there. Speaking about what that has to do with anything bla bla bla.

I then lost it and asked them if they were aware that although this money is free for us that they were paid for their jobs and should not treat us with disrespect just because we need the money. When I asked questions she rudely told me to go ask Sassa. I do not mind that she does not know. I minded the manner in which she answered. Mind you she was rude from the on set before the altercation.

I must admit I also lost my cool at the end but I could not believe the disrespect. What really made me mad was the other lady who was interupting which was unprofessional. This she did while she was serving other people. Instead of calmly trying to interject and help solve the matter she escalated the manner.
