horrible service

<p> On the 25 july 2016 a package was sent to me from mpumalanga post office on fast mail. I was told I would get it in 2 days but three weeks later I still haven't received it. I had called customer care to track it but I'm told it's still coming. I advised that the reason why this package was sent on fast mail it's because it's important to get sooner but no one cares.
