HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I ordered some things overseas over a month ago, they have been in South Africa (at the Post Office) as it shows when I track them for close to a month but I have not received them. I called the Call Centre over 20 times before speaking to an agent who then advised me that my things were at the Randburg Post office. I called the Randburg Post Office to try and find out if they had my things but they were just not willing to help me at all. I tried to call them again but the number has not been going through this morning at all. The service of the South African Post Office is the worst I have experienced in years.
