Horrible service

I recently received a parcel at the post office ,i was sms'ed that it is in the boksurg branch(I live in springs ),i wen t there last week Saturday and was told the parcel left to springs the same day,fair enough i went To the springs branch with my tracking number and the sms i received and no one could help me i was told i need an RI number as it is an international parcel,I emailed Head office and received the RI number and was told in the email that "First notification has been issued out on the 25/4/2018 at Springs. Item is on hand and ready for collection" I went with that information again to the post office and no one could find the parcel ,This is the second time that this happening ,last year i was told that is was to late to look and never received My parcel,are they taking it for themselves ? This is ridiculous,
