Horrible experience with SA post office Katlehong

I called the SA post office in Katlehong last week trying to track my parcel as I have not received a note that it has arrived, spoke to a very rude guy named Mpho who said he cannot assist even when I have a tracking number as it will take too much time from him and they do not track parcels at the branch. So not impressed at all. I would appreciate if he can call me back and apologize.
