horrible experience with SA post office, JIMC(johannesburg international mail center)

internation package lost(second package). package sent last year August 2017. lost of tracking. they never reply the mail. the phone never answers. when i go to JIMC, they took my detail down, and never calls back. after a few tries,they just told me they can not find it. and France side already closed this EMS tracking, because it was so long ago. then a few thousand rand package just gone like that. worst department in SA, totally useless.
