Horrible customer experience

I have a parcel I have not received since June, I have been calling the Johannesburg International mail Centre for the past 5 months, the staff does not answer their phones. these are the numbers I have called ********** and ********** . I have sent emails to the customer service and an employee by the name of Eugenia Kekana and Nthabiseng Mabogwane and still no response.
