Horrible and painful service

25 May 2024. I had a painful experience from the Lonehill (Fourway) branch. The service consultant with 3 Gold tooth refused to assist me because he wanted to do banking. He said said he will not help me regardless of my condition as I am 37 weeks pregnant. A white couple came in and they were assisted by Pinky. I begged her to help me or speak to her colleague but she refused. They assisted everyone and then completed their reports while I'm begging and unfortunately their pride didn't allow them to serve me. After an hour they told me they have now knocked off and that I should leave. Once again I begged that they help me as I am not fit to move around. They locked me inside and threw my documents outside. I hope they pay for what they did to me.
