I have 2 parcels that have been “in transit” since 2017 October, according to the manager of Randburg post office branch when parcels are ”in transit” it means they are not at the Post office yet according to him which I understood,
however there are parcels which had “in transit” as the status, when I insisted that they look for them they found them in the very post office that they said they are not there, even after the parcels are delivered to me it still had in transit status.
This one parcel was “in transit” for the longest time and suddenly changed status to Randburg “out of office” no shelf number was updated as advised by the branch manager on how the process is.
My biggest concern is that my parcels are in Randburg branch post office and no one is willing to look for them, someone is not doing their job correctly a parcel cannot be in a “in transit” status and the parcel is found in the branch, someone is not doing their job.
since I was able to get other parcels at the branch without a shelf number in a “ in transit” status it means this 2 parcels are there as well.
Can someone find my parcels they cannot be on their way since October 2017.
RF ********** 17CN “out of office” yet never had a shelf number to record that it was in the branch at the first place. RF ********** 95CN this was at honeydew I called and asked for them to send the parcel to Randburg 5 weeks ago which they confirmed that they send it.
Can someone help.
I’ve used other branches for my parcels I have never had problems or seen such unprofessionalism.
Regards Lebo
