Hopeless, lazy , unmotivated staff.

Amanzimtoti branch, utterly hopeless. There is no interest in helping customers, even when there are 3 staff on duty and no customers in the queue. Honestly, what are these staff really being paid for ? There is no work going on, and staff sit there playing on their phones, waiting for the lunch break. In another business or country, these people would have been fired long ago. No post has come through for me in over 6 months, even though I know it was sent.
