Highveld Post office

Good day,

My wife went in to the post office at Highveld Centurion (0169) to cancel our PO Box. They didn't have a termination form and they could not print so they handed her the change of details form.

We went back the following day to hand in this form again at Highveld post office. We were then told that it is the wrong form and they do not have forms, we need to cancel at Centurion mall and they (Centurion Mall Post Office) will apparently then post the keys to Highveld, strange ne? We went to Centurion mall and they couldn't cancel it for 2 reasons: That is not their keys (obviously, not their PO Box) and the system was offline as well. Luckily they had termination forms. We then went back to Highveld and submitted the form and a copy of my License. They would have called me to confirm the cancellation. I havent't received a call yet, what must I do now?

They didn't want to take the two keys from me because they first need to check with Head office if it can be cancelled and if they can return the key deposit.

I will post this on Hello Peter if I do not get any assistance by tomorrow 8/10/2019.
