HIGHEST LEVEL OF DISRESPECT AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I write this review with a very troubled heart, I can't even put things in the required perspective. I went to Albermale Post Office in Germiston to collect a parcel on behalf of my sister, upon providing all required identification documents, the lady assisting me then says in a low tone "khukhona okushaya manzi" meaning something's fishy (my sister and I don't share a surname), she then continued saying "your story doesn't add up". Puzzled, I then pardoned her and made her aware that I don't appreciate such comments, then she started shouting at me and causing a scene, saying how she wasn't talking to me (in which case, she was) and how " Today's Children have too many rights, they don't know how to use them". I said to her, look if you have a question about my relationship with the person I'm collecting this parcel for, please ask me "don't grumble to your colleague next to you and then shout at me when I pardon you". The lady in question wasn't wearing a tag when assisting me, so I can't quote her name, however, I can certainly identify her as that post office is quite small (she's the only one who wears glasses in that branch). She said she has a right to not give me the parcel if I have attitude by simply defending myself. She continued swearing, I then kept quiet as I was fuming with anger. I am not her child and that's a work environment, not her house she can't just talk to Clients as she pleases. Please resolve this and have her call me to the branch to give me a formal, heartfelt apology. I can not stand and watch such behavior, I've worked for the Post Office myself as a Quality Analyst and this right here is far from it. Thank you.
