Hibiscus Mall Post office

SA POST OFFICE shpuld really give staff training at Hibiscus Mall post office. I had the unfortunate oppurtinity to collect parcels from them 4 times. When the petite englush lady is there, the service is 'acceptable' Today again the tall staff member on duty was busy doing het adminshe is suppose to do AFTER CLISING TIME. SHE gave me a disciplined remark "can you please wait can you ser I am busy"....I kindly rep****...may I please just put my bag on the counter or would you prefer me sesrching my teacking number down on the floor. I asked the other short lady, can you pls assist me and she said she will try but her colleague is on the machine. When I said no problem I will call customer care...both immediately attended to me. They got both parcels, tha had been there for 10days or longer, and the parcels did not even had the red and white label-to collect. Really are they aware the public put their bread on the table!!?? A parcel mean...SOMEONE PAID FOR A SERVICE WHICH THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO DO!!!
