HELD BY CUSTOMS!!! - Why?
Hey There<br> <br> I've been waiting patiently for a Parcel to be delivered from UK. The item was sent from UK 27/01/2015. on Global Track and Trace it is \Held by customs"for some reason from 17/02/2015.<br> <br> Can anyone give me some indication when I can expect this delivery? Do I need to pay any customs fee's? Can I collect it. Any assistance or guidance in this matter will be appreciated. <br> <br> Royal Mail tracking: RU***GB<br> <br> Thank You"

Your item has been allocated local reference RI***ZA and it still at customs. It will be slighty delayed as the section is currently working on clearing their mail carry overs. It will be forwarded to your local post point once the backlog is reduced.
