Held at customs - need to find out where the package is.

Good day,

Kindly advise on status of parcel with tracking number EY ********** 39FR. Your website shows "Held by customs" since the 24th already.

From the forwarder, they stated the following "Your parcel is being held by the postal service for content identification. The recipient may be contacted for details" since the 24th already.

Yesterday I got a call stating I can go and collect at my local post office (Secunda) but they have no knowledge of the package.

Please assist in this matter?
