Held at Customs

I ordered 3 items off Amazon a month ago. The first 2 arrived within a week coming from America using a courier company. The 3rd package came from China and they seemed to use SAPO.<br> Its a month later and I havent received my package and I cant say I am surprised with SAPO, but it is very frustrating.<br> <br> I have followed the tracking number and it seems to have arrived 2 weeks ago and has been held at customs for another week.<br> <br> Where is my package?
