Have you really failed us SA POST OFFICE?

I am very upset and expecting urgent documents from Durban. Post office tracker reports this parcel is in transit at WITSPOS HUB. When you try calling they don't answer, today I tested my own patient and decided to hang in there for 40 minutes to no response.

Tracking number is RC ********** 71ZA - please can you at least let me know if I can pick up my parcel there.
