HATE the Post office but Lucky Chauke is a star employee!

My rating is mixed so please take note of the context.

I'm not even going to go into what a mess the SA Post office is because it's almost a given and no action will really be taken to correct anything. I ordered something from overseas and 9 months later I have it! Woohoo!

But I'd like to complement an employee who has given me hope for the world. Lucky Chauke attended to me when I arrived at Wits Post one afternoon after being frustrated by not receiving my parcel for months. He checked all the details for me and said he will be in touch. I didnt believe him and actually wrote off what I had ordered as I will never receive it.

Lucky kept me updated about my parcel every 2/3 weeks. He emailed me very professionally and then by some kind of miracle found my parcel. Although it's not really where it should be he could tell me exactly who to contact and where to find it. I am so grateful for his help and assistance! He is a wonderful employee to have. I would like to see that he gets promoted or gets a better job with a great company that rewards employees for going the extra mile.
