Has no service at all and is utterly useless
<p>I ordered an item from America the 12th of April. It departed the USPS Facility in Los Angeles the 15th April. ITS 3 MONTH OF WAITING NOW and Im still waiting and havent heard anything at all. I have tried for hours to phone customer service of SAPO but it keeps ringing. I tried phoning headoffice but they just end the call with no care in the world. I eamailed. Nothing. SAPO has nos service and does not care. They are ******* ********* that ***** your packages and there is nothing you can do about it. Tracking doesnt work it just gives an error message. Tracking no: UC ********** 01US. This country is junk.</p>
Ok so someone from the post office did come back to me and gave me new tracking number I could use to find my package and I was able to find it and learned it was at our post office two weeks ago. I received my package. Thank you so much Simon Lebelo. You helped a great deal
