Growing inpatient

<p>I ordered something from overseas on the 4th and have since been tracking it, it arrived at SA customs in the 18th of this month and it has yet to arrive, the tracker says it is being held at JIMC A. I was wondering if anyone could please tell me why it hasn't left customs for nearly a week now? </p>
