Great service from SA Post Office Customer Centre

I don't know how this can be possible but everytime i send an email to SA post office cutomer centre my queries always somehow end up with a lady called Maud Ngalo. Always with no fail this lady gives me great/excellent service i could swear she only focuses on my queries.<br> Thank you thank you for excellent service and always putting my mind at ease and making sure i ALWAYS receive my parcels.
