Great service

Wednesday (30 March) I went to Kraaifontein post office to enquire about a parcel I'm expecting. According to tracking info, it was still at JIMC in Johannesburg since the 16th of March. David assisted me, took my details and said he'll follow up and get back to me. The next day I got a call from David, informing me he followed up, the parcel is still in Johannesburg and a big mail shipment is expected soon. Tuesday the 5th could be a good date to enquire about the parcel again.

Wednesday the 6th I got a call from Kraaifontein post office, this time a lady (who's name I can't remember), informing me my parcel arrived.

I was somewhat shocked, considering SAPO's current reputation, about the great service I received.
