Got friendly service at JIMC
Having waited some time I opted to pay the Johannesburg International Mailing Centre (JIMC) a visit after confirming my parcel was at their premise (by calling the Call Centre number). I must say I'm quite assured by their entrance Security and the service I received really impressed me - they even smiled. Be it some other customers were quite rude with them. I also read a notice declaring they went onto a new Computer system and this caused some delivery delays too - a pity this isn't or their Website though. Good service SAPO JIMC under difficult circumstances. (the last 5digits of my parcel is 485ZA)
