Goods ****** from the box!! Terrible shocking

HI SA POST Office,<br> <br> It is so horrible to report this incident. We sent a parcel (smartphone) to Mr ARTHUR POTGIETER (FLAMWOOD). When Mr ARTHUR POTGIETER received the box from FLAMWOOD PO branch and he could not find charger in the box. The phone and its battery was ******. It is definitely happened during shipping from Sandton to Flamwood. It was dispatched from Sandton on 30th March and arrived at Flamwood on 1st April. The tracking no of the parcel is PE***ZA. We are going to open up a case at Police to investigate this incident. It is so shocking and so bad for our country. <br> <br> Our nation has to fire these ******* people who is ruining our nation.<br> <br> I am recommending to everyone \never use POST office service for anything\"."
