Goods sent but post office claim it is not there

We have been to the post office many times to collect parcels for MJ van Kraayenburg, IDnr ***.<br> <br> Only one parcel has been handed over and they claim the others are not there. YET the supplier provided proof of shipping.<br> <br> Please assist with what more we should do to HELP resolve this matter. My perception is that the goods are not organised and the attendant / officer do not want to go to the back and search for the parcels.<br> <br> Expensive goods i.e. camera purchased online worth R2000 is involved,hence turning to hello peter services to please assist.<br> <br> Thank you in advance.<br> <br> Rita van Kraayenburg.<br> <br> PS I raised three complaints via hello peter and the same was resolved within 48hours.
