Goods Awaiting From Post Office

I ordered a couple of things online in July.The goods arrived at the mail centre in jhb in august. I keep going the post office and they keep telling me the goods are at the mail centre it's been almost 2 months since the goods arrived at the mail centre and it's frustrating that they never answer their phone calls.
