The lady at the Post Office communicated with customers today waiting to pay motor vehicle license. Standing in the que for two hours she help to streamline the process and communicate to everybody that the card system is not working and only cash transactions can be processed. The gentleman behind the counter under pressure still have time to make a joke with me. Well done people THAT IS WHAT WE CALL GOOD SERVICE.
