Good for nothing JIMC A

South African Nursing Council sent my certificate through JIMC A which was received by them on the 2nd Dec 2018. The certificate was meant to reach Doha- Qatar in 2 weeks as it is very urgent for me to get a medical license to be able to practice here but the parcel is still sitting at the Post Office as we speak. I have wasted so much money trying to call them from this end but I only listen to their annoying music. I gave their number to all my family members in South Africa and whoever gets the privilege of being answered is just sent from pillar to post. My friend who lives in Pretoria went there one day but was never allowed to go in or talk to anyone. She waited for 4 hours at their gate until she gave up. I sent them numerous emails as their beautiful looking website suggests, even copying them when replying to my licensing department so they can see the urgency of this matter but that didn't help either.
