Glenvista post office

I went to renew my license disc today and the lady was very rude (patience/precious) I have no real knowledge of what I am expected to bring, instead it of explaining the lady just started screaming and shouting about what she should have explained in an informative and respectful manner . I am disappointed that the supervisor did not reprimand the behavior. The level of professionalism is disappointing
