Getting none of my paid for parcels from SAPO

We have now been waiting for months for an international parcel, I received a south African tracking number on it RI***ZA, last updated on tracking site 28 May, JHB Int Mail centre from Customs, it's almost end of July and I have still not received any notification to pick up my parcel, also waiting for another parcel, I am still waiting for them to advise RSA number, the Greece tracking no CP***GR showing on tracking site Detained at Customs??? please advise what is going on here, as one cannot get though on the landline, and when you do, you are on hold for more than 40 min now
