Getting no where with my parcel

<p>No one can locate my parcel since it was posted on 23 March 2016! Its been in transit forever.... phoned witspos (they put you on hold for a very long time) and told that it was last scanned at their location but cannot be found! But it does not show on track and trace.... told to make an equiry with the sender. We did that MANUALLY, FAXED (very old school) - no reference! Communicated by phone, email.. still no feedback. I think it ends at "Make an enquiry". The sender has been back to Mayville post office 3 times to find out what is going on.... All she gets is "I don't know - sorry can't help anymore." My post office (Honeydew) said the same thing. I have now hit a brick wall. Where do I go from here? Tracking number is PE***ZA. Any help would be appreciated.</p>
