Getting no answers

I have a parcel coming in from Germany.<br> It arrived in SA. Got cleared from customs on 1 July.<br> Since then it got stuck. JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)<br> I phoned SAPO, got my local tracking number. While getting it the SAPO guy told me that my parcel was at Tshwane. Yet when i track it it shows JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB).<br> Been on hold for more than an hour today, no one picks up the phone. <br> Can someone please help me.
