Getting my own parchel

Pathetic!!!! Im here to collect my own parcel!! My name on the Parcel is Marlien Jacobs (that is my name) and on my ID card my birth names states (Martha Maria Jacobs) my Id number IS THE SAME ********** 174088 and I look exactly like my photo on the ID. Now they are saying this isnt me they cant give me my parchel! Pathetic!!!! Same ID number, everything!!
