Get some education. Post office is useless

What a useless place. please get some training for all staff on how to help customers and provide effective customers service and communication. NO ONE there could help me find a simple parcel with a tracking number. on top of that i was on hold for more than 36 minutes!!!! only then to be told i should phone here and phone there, been given 4 different numbers not only does the call say the line is busy but no one is helping!! please close the post office. you guys are pathetic.
