GERMISTON HUB IS WAISTING EVERYONES TIME!!!!

WHY DOES GERMISTON HUB HAVE TELEPHONE LINES???? THEY DON'T USE THEM AT ALL!!!!!!!

I have tried calling them numerous times and the phone NEVER gets answered. My parcel is stuck there for 2 weeks now and nobody can help me! Why? Because NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE!!! If I know I can go there and pick it up I will do that as well but I cant speak to anyone. I want to know why my parcel is not moving? RX ********** 51CH.

AND THEY MUST RATHER GET RID OF THEIR TELEPHONES, IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY!
