FRUSTRATIONS

I am absolutely irate at the service I am receiving. The Durban post office had told my family that I will receive my goods in 5 days, it will go to the Bedfordview post office!!!! it is now more than a week every time I tract my parcel it says the item is scanning. I so so so frustrated as I need my parcel tomorrow!!!!!

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET MY PARCEL SENT TO THE BEDFORDVIEW POST OFFICE ????!
