Frustratingly poor lack of service

A friend send me a parcel in June. It was supposed to be delivered to my office in Cape Town the same month.

It is now October, and I am yet to receive any parcel, despite phone calls from the sender, and numerous emails on my part to locate this missing parcel. Needless to say, it has been a very frustrating, fruitless exercise.

No amount of emails or complaining or asking has helped to locate the parcel and have it delivered to me.

I am expecting to receive this parcel as a matter of extreme urgency.
