Frustrating

I have been e-maling and calling the post office with no response the e-mail bounces back i want to know what is happening with my parcel as i see it was at place i do not know for just a day and know it's at the hub with no movement,

please advise, i have lost parcels this way in the post office and no one wanted to take accountability i am not about to let the same thing happen I need an answer.
