Frustrated with poor service
I sent a registered parcel to Canada and checked on the tracking number RJ***ZA only to find it is sitting at the JHB Int mail hub marked as damaged, and no matter how many times I call the phone number ***/6079) I never get to speak to anyone as someone always kills the call when it gets to the top of the queue.

1) What happens now that it is damaged, and
2) Who pays for the repairs to the contents, as it certainly wasnt damaged at the time of posting and the envelope was marked as \Fragile"

"""
